With my observations I tried to look into plants with varied patterns and shapes such as succulents and cacti. The hand embroidery on the right was inspired by textile artist Sarah Benning's style in which she also takes inspiration from nature.

Design Ideas

With my design ideas I felt that I wanted to make more intimate piece such as underwear and tops. I thought this would allow for me to be able to work further into my final pice within the given time.
